🍯 Rules & Requirements

Honey Requirement: A portion of the cake’s sweetness must come from honey.

👩‍⚖️ Judging Criteria

Cakes will be evaluated on the following criteria: Appearance, Texture, Aroma & flavor, and the Influence of honey on the finished product.

Think Great British Bake Off - Judges will examine the cake—including the underside and sides—for proper baking, then cut into it to evaluate crumb, texture, and flavor.

  • The Crowning Moment: One talented baker will be crowned HoneyFest Baker of the Year!

  • Other Prizes: We’ll also award ribbons for:
Signature Baker (bring your personal style to the bake)
Best Flavor (because taste is where the magic truly shines!)
